John Stagliano & Evil Angel Charged with Obscenity

John Stagliano, from via Wikipedia.Evil Angel owner John Stagliano has been charged with multiple counts of federal obscenity violations. Stagliano was indicted by a federal grand jury in Washington, D.C., Assistant Attorney General Alice S. Fisher of the Criminal Division announced today.

This will probably not be news to anyone who finds their way here, but with all the problems in the world, the very idea of prosecuting someone for publishing depictions of adults engaging in consensual sexual activity is utterly beyond me.
