And even more procrastinatory awesomeness, with this poto of Narikala Fortress overlooking Tbilisi. It was founded in the 4th Century as Shuris-tsikhe, or “invidious fort,” “invidious” in this context meaning either “hateful” or “adapted to create envy” (I had to look it up). It was later expanded, according to Wikipedia, by King David IV of Georgia. The Mongols renamed it Narin Qala, or “Little Fortress.”
